Sony Ericsson Idou

The Sony Ericsson Idou is a yet to be released cameraphone with special focus on media. It will have a 12.1 megapixel camera with xenon flash. It will have a new image sensor, Exmor, which is a 1/2.5 CMOS sensor designed specifically for the size and power constraints of mobile devices.  It is a touchscreen solution, similar to the Apple iPhone and Samsung Omnia.

The Sony Ericsson Idou will be available during the second half of 2009, and will be marketed under a different product name. Regional availability has not been released.
