The Apple iPhone 3GS is Apple’s latest version of their smartphone, and this time it’s been packed with even more features. The iPhone 3GS, on the outside, looks just like the iPhone 3G. The only difference is the small etching on the back of the phone. On this version of the iPhone, the significant changes have been made on the inside. The first change on the 3GS is the speed; the 412MHz clocked up to 600MHz and the RAM doubled from 128MB to 256MB. There’s also a supercharged graphics chip to add to the 3GS.

Apple have upgraded the 412Mhz processor to 600MHz, and the 128MB of RAM has been bumped up to 256MB.
HTC launches first Android based device having a 2.8 inch QVGA touch screen of 240 x 320 pixel resolution. It comes with a 3.2 mega pixel camera, FM radio, audio input 3.5mm, digital compass, input 3.5 mm, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth. HTC Tattoo comes in four different colors such as Brown, white, Graphite and Black. It weighs 108 grams, having a battery of 1100mAh Li-ion battery. The battery can support a life time of 5.7 hours and a standby time of two weeks. It has a processor of capacity 528 MHz, RAM of 512MB storage capacity.
